Hi I ordered an item via jabong however the tracking isn't updated and i haven't received the product.. Also the customer care number isn't working. I ordered the product on 8th january and the tracking hasn't been updated since. It said on 8th jan that my order is shipped. After that there is no update. I tried mailing and calling the customer service and no one is responding. Was this information helpful? | |||||
