[Resolved] Jabong.com — not refunded the courier charges | |||
one month ago i had brought a pair of shirts from jabong and returned then because of some reasons bt for taking return package the jabong sir services never come to our houses. We have to courier it from our side to jabong returns. sir my issue is that the courier charges which ive given fron my side should be refunded but jabong is not returning. Ive talked manier times to customer care they accept to return on the phone but never did ispite of returning the main product balance ..they are not returning the courier charges Was this information helpful? | |||

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We rely on the various logistics partners we've tie ups with for reverse pick-up services. At a certain point of time there are pin-codes that are not serviced by our partners & we're not able to provide reverse pick-up but we're constantly working with them to ensure that we can provide a hassle free shopping experience. However, in case your self ship the products Rs.160 per kg is refunded in the form of Jabong credits if you send us a scanned copy of the courier receipt. If you're not able to, then a flat 100 credits are refunded into your a/c. I'd request you to share your order no. with us so I can check & address your concern. You can write to us at support.jabong.com & we'll investigate. We'd appreciate your patience & cooperation in this regard.
