[Resolved] Jabong.com — Not willing to give my refund - Sending Fake messages. | |||
I had ordered for one red stilettos on the 9th of October, 2014 (Order No. [protected] ) and received it on 11th of October. On delivery, I tried them out and the stilettos did not fit me well. I asked the JAVAS guy to take the product back, but he refused to do so. So I paid him the amount that is Rs. 1235 including COD Charges. Then I called the customer care for the return of my product, Return ID: 11552256 They said it would take 5 days for the reverse pick-up, it's been 24 days but no one has come for the pick-up. Now when I went and checked the status of the return, it showed "Request Closed". I called them hundreds of times, wasting so much of my balance. I wrote mails to the customer care hundreds of times, and got just one reply, "we are working on your issue tirelessly"- all false. So all this 30 days return and refund are just publicity stunts. Jabong team just knows how to harass their customers. I have wasted so much of my time, energy and money over this matter, and I really want the Jabong team to take this very seriously (which they are not doing right now).
