[Resolved] Jabong.com — One missing product and another just contains the cap | |||||
Order number- [protected] I placed an order with one loreal paris lipstick and one note concealer. The lipstick was missing from the package completely as just the upper packet was present and the note concealer just contains the upper covering lid with packet slightly tormented. I shared the pictures and filed a compliant as well in this regard but they said that they have investigated and send a product from their side. They completely denying from their responsibility. The biggest part is when I tried to cancel the delivery as I suspected that I wont be available that time, I was unable to do so and no exchange and return was also available as the option. My complaint number 42383446 was registered wiith this one but no help is provided me in this case. Was this information helpful? | |||||
