Jabong.com — Order cancelled after confirming without notifying me. | |||
This is regard to my order no. [protected] placed at jabong.com on 24th August, 2015. The order was confirmed but then suddenly jabong.com cancelled the order on 29th August without even notifying me. They say that the product could not be procured from the vendor. If the product was not available then they shouldn't have confirmed my order and now since they confirmed my order it is their responsibility to make the product available to me. This is a matter that needs to be solved by jabong.com with their vendor. I'm firm at my decision that I want that shirt at the same price at which I ordered it. Moreover, I wasn't informed about cancellation of my order either through mail or by phone. I need jabong.com to either make that shirt available to me or plan to compensate me in the best possible manner. Jabong.com needs to understand that whatever happens between the company and the vendor should be solved at their own level and they need to assure that the customer doesn't bear any loss in any form for the same.
