[Resolved] Jabong.com — Order id [protected] | |||||
I paid 571.57 rs. for order id [protected]. they delivered defective product. then i made a complaint against this and initiate return. but their reverse pick up guy didn't pick the product. i have mailed them 2-3 times pics of defective item. still waiting for action from their side. in attached pics you can clearly see that piece is defective and even they already wrote on it. first they delivered wrong product and then telling that they will refund money after inspecting the product and deducting 100 rs. as shipping charge. this is clear a fraud case . this is good way to make money for them by deducting 100 rs. pls take against them. there is to much delay to deliver the artical, very bad repose from customer care side, just provide fake info, i already called to customer care 3 to 4 time, but still no action taken, also miss guide by him many time, pleas do needful asap, i need urgent product delivery.
