[Resolved] Jabong.com — Order lost in transit and giving worst response and excuses | |||
i placed an order on November 25 for Nike shoes with ORDER NO. : [protected] and it was lost in transit and they informed me after 6 days(through mail) not by call, and amount had been paid intially after calling the customer care for 4-5 times they promised to arrange a call back with in 48 hours and i got it after 72 hours now i got the call from jabong team and the poor executive cannot give a commitment he is just a puppet, after all the conversation they gave an excitement offer which i cant even digest they given a code worth rs.500 which i had to on any product but that product should be above 1850 and also without any discount, come on how is that possible jabong lost the product in transit which clearly states there negligence and after that they try to convince me by just giving an apology and all this process took more than 10 days to complete dear jabong team try add a customer who automatically makes your business profitable Was this information helpful? | |||
