[Resolved] Jabong.com — Order#[protected] is not delivered | |||||
It was a prepaid order on 30th july and it was supposed to be delivered on 4th august. But now the message received the item could not be dispatched due to the product is unavailable. And there is no option to cancel the order. I tried calling customer care number for more than 100 times. They disconnect the call after 10 mins of hold. Never been able to reach to them. There is no response for the email also. Kindly cancel the order and refund my money. There us no point in keeping my money in your account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
