I bought shoes from jabong on 10 Feb 2017 and the shoe size was not right. So i request for the return as exchange offer was not their. I exchaned my shoe and my shoe was checked by the delivery guy and it was approved for return. The main problem started after 5 days when they called me and said that your shoe cannot be return as it is ''DIRTY''. So we are sending u the product. I said that first of all the shoe cannot be dirty as the delivery man checked it and said that we wont take the shoe if it would be dirty but according to jabong the delivery man does not have permision to check but still he checked. Then i said i won't take the product as it is not dirty first of all and the size was also not right. They said then no problem we will check it again and call u after 7 days then after 7 days the called me and said again and again the same thing for 10 min that we are sending u the product we will accept it . I said send me the pictures of the dirty product They Said ''NO'' so not its been total of 12 days that my money is still stuck with jabong i request the people at consumer complaints section please Help me because as a consumer i feel very flustered and Helpless
