I had placed a return request just the day after a recieved my order. Because of work i was unable to attend to the pick up on the first day so i asked the boy to pick it up the next day. He told me he would cancel my order and not pick it up. After which he has been constantly rescheduling my pick up. Jabong helpline seems to not bother. They have been saying they will look upon the matter but haven't followed up or bothered to raise a return request so that i can be picked up. Left me with no choice but the keep an item that i won't be using.
