[Resolved] Jabong.com — Product delivered wrong person | |||||
Hi, i am parvez shaikh from andheri, mumbai. I have placed a order of vimal pack of 3 track pants for which i have made a payment through my credit card on 18th sept 2016. And till 24th sept i did not receive any product and got the message that i will be receiving the product till 30 th sept. But on 28th sept i got the message that your product is delivered and i was shocked because i live in a slum area and nobody deliver the product as they could not trace the location. Hence for every delivery they have to call me and i have to go to the landmark place and then collect the product. I even checked in my house if someone has collected the delivery on my behalf. I called up jabong customer care number and they are saying they have delivered the product and showing me the receipt which is not signed by me nor it has my mobile number. They also say that my friend might has collected the product, my question is how do they got my friends number, how do they find my friend and not me, how do they know he is my friend? After repeated followup i am fedup now and want to file a complaint against jabong. Kindly assist me on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
