[Resolved] Jabong.com — product has not been delivered

I had placed on order on 18th Oct, 2014.Till now i have not received my packet.I have raised a complaint against this on jabong.com on 6th Nov and till now nothing has been done from their side.i have asked them to refund my money but every time i called them they ask me to wait for 48Hours.The packet had reached Mathura on 30th october.Order that product form my friend who lives in mathura.When my uncle went to take the packet from DTDC courier office.They said to my uncle that they have misplaced the packet.the same thing i told to the costumer care people.they said we will check about this.And till now nothing has been done.Today the jabong people had mailed me that congratulations, your packet has been delivered.But my friend has not received the packet.These people are lying to me now.when i called them today they said that ma'am we have to check why your packet has not been delivered then only we can take some action.I want my refund money and also the compensation amount.
