[Resolved] Jabong.com — Product not received but status updated delivered | |||||
We have placed an order of anouk maroon printed kurta on 7th july 2017 under the order no. [protected] which was dispatecd under the xpressbess awb no.[protected]. The product status is showing delivered at 11th july 2017 at midnight 1:06 on office address and received by my name. For your information the office time is 9 to 6 only. How can the shipment be delivered at midnight if the office is not working? Also note that the shipment payment was already done online. During the delivery of shipment two items was clubbed into my order # ID[protected] (Sneakers and Parx jeans) to be delivered on 6th Jan. However i have received only sneakers and not parx Jeans till today i.e. on 10th Jan 2017.
I tried contacting the delivery guy, he requested me to raise a complaint and they have not received the product.
