[Resolved] Jabong.com — Product rejected before delivery and money not yet refunded | |||
To whomsoever it may concern I had placed a complain on 17th november as to non receipt of the money as jabong credits been deducted towards a purchase. But as I did not want the product I did not accept the product and cancelled it on delivery but its been now almost 14 days I have not received the refund. Also the jabong team has not been co operative. I sent so many mails no reply followed by calls no proper reply. No gettin back no solution. Getting the problem solved is one thing and solving is another. Never been so displeased with jabong pls look into the matter. I hope co operation n my money refunded .
