Jabong.com — product undelivered after online payment | |||
I had a worst shopping experience with jabong and I have decided not to shop here again ever. I ordered 3 clothes on 7th of June out of which 2 got delivered and 1 is pending. I waited till 23rd of june and then filed a complaint to the customer care, I was told that the issue will be looked into in the next 48 hours otherwise I will get the money refunded but now its 30th of June and I have no clues of what the hell is going on!!! I ordered two tops from jabong . Received only one which was wrong product. And about second one I don't know where it is but it says the product is delivered. I want my full money refund. Order I'd [protected]
