[Resolved] Jabong.com — Refund issue for failed transaction | |||||
I placed an order [protected] on the 29th of june and the transaction failed... I got to know that i was charged 1581 (Transaction id[protected]gabogbm1) and as per jabong's faq, i was suppose to get a refund in 5-7 days that never happened, i called customer care 3 times and they said it will be done and today the email i got is that, it is struck somewhere between card issuing department and the payment gateway. I will have to contact the card issuing department How will you have trust in the future while placing an order again when we have to run around so much for our own money, They should have at least told me at the first place when i called customer care initially. I had to wait for 11 days for the resolution which means nothing... Pathetic experiance Was this information helpful? | |||||
