[Resolved] Jabong.com — Refund nor received | |||
Order no. [protected] & [protected], were placed on 12th December, 2014 and were delivered by 18th June 2014. However both the products were of substandard, didn't like them at all, hence I immediately returned them back within a matter of 2 days. Jabong claims that the money have been refunded on 24th December 2014 (Rs.550.52 & 540.52), however as you can see that none of the refunds reflect in the bank statement attached below. And now the Jabong people give me an ARN number "74332744360435924185738" for the 1st order only & not even the 2nd one, asking me to take the trouble of getting in touch with the reluctant bank & ask for the refund status, when I do that the bank claims they have not received any such number. I have attached 4 files below ( the orders on Jabong, my latest bank statement, the ARN no. and the payU status ). Jabong states that the transaction has been done via payU gateway.
