[Resolved] Jabong.com — Refund not initiated for days | |||||
Hi, i ordered a daniel klein watch costs rupees 5065/- at jabong.com. I got it within 2 days. But the product was defective. So i requested for exchange. Since there were no communication from having regarding the exchange for almost 10 days, i cancelled the product so that i could get atleast my money back. After that there were no status updates. So i called customer care. They asked me to submit the bank details as they didn't receive it. So i submitted the details. But again there was no response. No i called them again.. Again they asked me to submit. I did it once more.. Every time they say the process would be initiated within 2 working days.. But it is almost 6 days, and now it has been 20 days since i first ordered the watch... No response regarding the refund.. Everytime i have to call them, and finally they say that it takes 2 working days to process.. I am completely unsatisfied with jabong ' s response.. Worst online retail shop..
