Hi,
I have returned a product received in the order no. [protected]. The product was picked up on 14 oct 2017, the status of the order became refund initiated. Now, even more than half month has passed i have not received the refund amount.
In jabong app,
Under my orders: status is 'refund initiated'
Under my returns : status is request closed'
I have been constantly calling customer care and they told me that it would be resolved. But nothing happen.
