[Resolved] Jabong.com — regarding exchange of product | |||||
I bought a shoe from jabong.com. The size was not fit so i created a exchange request of that particular shoe. The delivery man has picked up my product because i handed over the shoe to him. He didn't provide me any reverse pickup slip because i left from there. Now i don't have any proof regarding pickup has been done. They are not providing me the solution regarding this. But i have mentioned all the details of that particular delivery man. They didn't investigate properly and now they are not ready to provide anything to me whether product or refund.
