I had ordered a product on 15th July and paid the money in advance, was to be delivered on 25th but there has been no delivery till date. Asked for a refund of my money but all the customer service guy does is that he/she escalates the matter to his manager and there is never a communication back from their end. Daily I waste 45 minutes to just get connected over and speak to an agent who eventually does nothing about it.
Having sold the company off, have you people sold your integrity and commitment too towards the customer.
I am harassed and the matter is serious because there had been utter neglect from the company towards my concerns.
I really want to file a suit and claim compensation now.
