[Resolved] Jabong.com — Return of item denied | |||
Order number [protected] I had ordered Ray Ban aviators from Jabong. Upon receiving the product i wasn't really satisfied with the quality of the product as it seemed used(i could let it slip, because people order stuff online, it doesn't fit them so they return it), also since the size wasn't perfect I initiated a return. Jabong team now says that the product has been used and that they won't refund the amount. This is absolutely pathetic. When asked about the points basis which they say the product has been used, they have no response, rather i am being threatened to either accept the shades or both lose the shades and the refund. I have been a avid online shopper and i have shopped from all major e commerce websites (flipkart, ebay, snapdeal, myntra, yeh bhi) and even the smallest player had a better customer support than this. This is absolutely unprofessional behaviour from Jabong. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was contacted by Jabong team and they agreed to the problem and that the refund would be initiated within 2 days.
I have received the amount. Jabong.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
