[Resolved] Jabong.com — return of sunglasses | |||||
I ordered dorothy perkins sunglasses from jabong which got delivered. I placed a request for return of the product because the sunglasses came without a case, which is unacceptable. The product could be fake, used, etc. Jabong's delivery guy picked up the product but now the company claims there is dispute over the fact the product is damaged and they want me to send photo of the product. I would have been happy to send photo of the product but how do i do it when i dont have the product. I think this company is fraud. Please avoid buying from them.
