[Resolved] Jabong.com — return option not working | |
I had been trying to return a defective product back to jabong, but am unable to create pickup or self ship option, as it unavailable. Their customer support has only ivr, so their is no way to communicate. It's very frustrating & uneasy. I had tried all possibilities, but jabong is clearly blocking all modes to return or exchange the product. Please find me a solution for this. The self shipping mode is not selectable, the delivered address has no pickup option. Was this information helpful? | |
