Hi,
My wife has bought a dress from jabong and the size did not fit so initiated a return. Return id[protected]. It was picked up on 28th july but after an hour of pick up i got a message that the pick up was unsuccessful, i immediately tried contacting the pick up guy, but he did not respond. Again on 29th i contacted the jabong customer care, and dropped an email with the message and contact number of the pick up guy, but since then i have been writing emails and around 15 emails i have sent but i dont see any response, last saturday i got a call from jabong customer care that they are looking into this issue but they need me to trace the product from the pick up guy. I told them that its your partner and you must be responsible to find this out and not me.
Even i tried contacting the pick up guy but no response again, and since then havn't heard anything from jabong. Can someone please escalate this issue? And even if not please be aware and be diligent while using jabong.
