[Resolved] Jabong.com — Still haven't received refund

I have returned two men's wallet of Tommy Hilfiger to Jabong on 16 December 2016 which cost more than 3000rs and I still haven't received the refund back. Inspite of calling the customer care multiple times there is no response back nor have they called back. I have received a message saying amount has been refunded but I haven't received any amount in my account.
What kind of service are you'll providing. How can you'll cheat the customers. I would never like to buy any product from jabong.
