Jabong.com — taking too long to pick up the return request | |||
Hi, I have ordered 1 kurta set worth Rs 700/- on 16th April and right after 2 days raised return request through Jabong app. Now more than 10 days have been passed but no communication from their end. They are not courteous enough to call me . I am only getting auto generated mail response. I also called customer care two times but they are numb. Even I am countinously following up them through calls and mails ( I am in a bit hurry as I am going to my home town and as per their return policy only 15 days are eligible for return product. 10 days already passed ) I have escalated the matter to [protected]@jabong.com thinking of the quick action .. He/She is also sailing in the same boat . Giving only the assurance that this request will be solved and asking me to have patience. Now enough time has been taken for such a rocket science task from Jabong. Now it's my time to spread the word in social media. I am a regular customer of Jabong. But sometimes they are very casual. I think this is a very common and simple request . Still they failed me as a customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
