Recently, i made a order of 220rs (Pack of 2 track pants) with order id[protected]-7732503.
At the time of delivery, they delivered me only one black pant, and other blue pant was missing from packet..
So i straight away called jabong customer care for help, they raised a complaint and promised me your exchange will be valid only after approval of our mistake.
And today, on 5th feb, they reverted thru mail, and mentioned that returned has been approved, you will get your refund as soon as we picked up your product..
My point is, where that promised goes that they made to me over a phone call?
I want my other blue pant as i've already paid you in advance.
Inform them to fulfill their terms.
