I placed an order of fossil smartwatch on 4th june and it was expected to deliver on 12th june and the shipment got delayed, they don't even told me about this. When i called they said they will look into the matter in 24 hours. After 3-4 days I called them they said your order has been lost please order it once again and that product was out of stock. Why should I order again? It's your fault so it's your duty to order it and get delivered that product in shortest span of time
