[Resolved] Jabong.com — wrong product delivered and not approved my return/refund. | |||||
I have purchased a adidas black jogger small size placed on 2nd sept. With order no-[protected], price-rs 3999. 4th sept. I got the product, i opened the packet in front of delivery boy name sonu, but that was different colour from which i ordered. The product i got was adidas grey colour instead of black colour. So, i contacted at jobong customer care and told them about that issue and raised a complaint with complaint no[protected]. I sent the images of wrong product to [protected]@jabong.com & [protected]@jabong.com after 2 days they responded and told me that we (Jabong) sent the correct product to you in well packed condition. Hence, their resolution on my concern is they shall not initiate my refund. I wrote many times on facebook & twitter, but they are not resolving my issue. At the end, i got the wrong product and they are responsible and i am feeling being cheated by jabong online fashion company. So, i want my money back. Requesting the authorities to take proper action in this regard & plz revert. Waiting for a immediate & positive response. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. As per footage correct item was sent to the customer so pickup will not initiate and we have received mismatch/local items in multiple orders.
