[Resolved] Jabong.com — Wrong product delivered of lower price | |||||
I ordered two dresses on 12th feb 2017 one from Femella i.e. yellow printed skater dress and another one from Tokyo talkies. My order number is #[protected]. I received both the products on 20th Feb 2017. When I opened my packages I received a different product. It is polyester tunic from Femella of lower price as I ordered yellow rayon printed skater dress. It's really disappointing that even after giving the full amount I received wrong product. I am attaching all documents related to it. I want quick resolution. This is a deliberate action as on bill it is clearly mentioned 1337 amount and the product given to me us of 1150 rupees only.
