Jabong — Delaying delivery (17 days late already) | |||
#[protected] I placed order on 12th January, 2015 & paid 1560 through net banking. Delivery date mentioned was on 17th of Jan. But till date it is not delivered. I am calling them every day, but their only statement is give us 24hrs time. Every time I have to call them for the updates, they will never come up to inform me on their own. It is very irritating. I even asked them to cancel it & refund me. But they said, they cant refund until the product reaches back their ware house. So I continued waiting. And today it 3rd February, 2015, today one of the managers is telling products are untraceable! When it is untraceable, should I wait for the delivery or should I wait for the refund?!! They are neither ready to deliver the products nor refund me back. Very disappointing! I have to waste all my time in calling Jabong regarding the issue during my office hours. I want this to be solved. I want to sue all of them. Was this information helpful? | |||
