I had placed an order for a pair of Shoes on 20th Dec'14 against order No. [protected], which I received on 26th Dec'14. Since I did not liked the shoes, I immediately placed an reverse pick up on 28'th Dec'14. But the actual delivery was picked up on the 20'th Jan. I had already placed an exchange order on 1st Jan'15 against order no. [protected]. But they failed to deliver the exchange order, and now they tell me that the subject order is not in stock.
When they market they say easy exchange & easy delivery, but actually the situation is different. Please request you to take a strict action against them.
