I had recieved my product on 17th july. Its been three days since i have mailed jabong and also on the chief manger's id and i havent received any reply nor does the customer service number answers the call. I just wanted to place a exchange request for a smaller size of my product. But, this is very inconvinient as there is no response from your end and the customer service system is pathetic.
