Jabong — prepaid order not delivered | |
I placed an order for shoes from Jabong.com and paid thru the credit card on 2 feb 2015. However they have failed to deliver the product. Even after constantly calling them they havent yet delivered the product. I feel extremely cheated as they are not even trying to send the product to me. All they say is wait for 48 hrs. After every 48 hrs they keep asking for more 48 hrs. I'm tired of their incompetence.I do a lot of online shopping and no other website has done this. I dont know what to do now. Plz help. I hate Jabong. Will never use it again and would tell the rest of the ppl also not use Jabong. They only make everything look nice and attractive but do nothing for the customers. Worst company ever. When I call them they only ask for some more time. I can see that I have lost my money and there is no way they are going to deliver my product . one day I will stop calling them and they will forget about it I have bin reading about other ppl filing complaint about Jabong and most of them have the same problem of product not being delivered. Who is going to stop from doing all this. Its a free run for them. They can cheat and get away with it. Was this information helpful? | |
