[Resolved]  Jabong — Re-defining customer service consistently for last four orders

I feel really pathetic for this organization who claim to be one of the largest e-tailers in the country. They are making sure that they close down their business very soon, considering the severe deterioration in their customer service over the period.

Let me share my last 4 experiences with Jabong which would really put them to shame:

1) We ordered a pair of jeans which were quite expensive, quick turnaround but guess what, they delivered a used pair of jeans and to add to it, the product tag was no where attached to the jeans and was safely placed separately to substantiate that it was indeed a brand new as well as a genuine product. Jabong accepted their mistake and the product was returned.

2) Another item we then ordered were a set o[censored]ndergarments, to our disbelief the delivered product was torn at multiple places and the packaging was distorted, a definite example of a defective product accepted by Jabong and passed on to customers at MRP. Since the item was under no-return policy they asked us to share the pics, sincerely apologized and product was returned again.

3) Now to recover my Jabong points that had got accumulated due to product returns, we ordered a dress, super quick delivery this time too, but we were already expecting something new from Jabong and they did exceed our expectations, this time we received a black dress when we had ordered a blue one, does not ends here, it was again torn at few places.The same procedure followed again, pics sent to them and a return was arranged.

4) Finally, to our current issue with Jabong, we have ordered a pair of shoes on 6th Oct, received dispatch confirmation on 7th Oct. 72 hours have already crossed but still when you track product it says that Docket Number is Invalid. Called customer service after 48 hours from dispatch to log a complaint, the guy confirmed that we have logged the complaint, but when I again called then back after 12 hours to get update, to my surprise the new customer service guy informed me that no complaint has been booked and again offered me sincere apology for it.

Need to understand from Jabong what should a customer expect after all this, it seems they have only apologies to offer along with defective products and miserable customer service.

Expecting some definitive response and actions from Jabong.
