[Resolved] Jabong — return and courier partner misbehavior and trying to astray | |||||
I had an return with jabong. For return pickup the courier boy visited my house and refused to take the product for no reason only thing he wanted was the jabong wrapping bag as mandatory thing in his terms totally ignoring the product check and the product all bulled packed up. I complained about him to his courier facility. They too were rude and misbehaved. They said "to mat karo na return hum to nahi lenge jo karna hai kar le". Then i comapined to customer care of jabong were they hanged me for 3-4 days saying we will resolve your issue but they cancelled my return listing to their courier partner. I asked them many times that i can send the product's snapshots and also self ship the product as they use to do earlier but there is no response. I had very bad experience with this ecom express. They are fraud and unskilled ruffians. They had misplaced my consignment earlier and with jabong and they are fooling around for my return pickup as they don't want to pick it. Or jabong and they had clear intentions of not willing to have return back. This is how they trouble customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
