Same issue happened, i had returned the item on 12th of september, they told me the refund is initiated on 1st october but till now i havent got my refund even after taking all the necessary measures with bank, after providing the bank statement, one issue occurred and it came to our notice that it was a finance team mistake of crediting the amount to different customer on 1st october and credit my account with another customer refund, it happened to be a case of cross refund, but till now no resolution provided by jabong, the amount is also big of rs 6456 that you cant forget

They even provide you with fraud banking reference id and just say u have to deal with the bank, where the id never exists
