Firstly very disappointed with jabong customer service, so may days that i am calling up customer care & no response, the call is kept on hold and later disconnected. Here when you want to send promotional message and mails its still going on till date. However when a customer has paid you money you guys are not reachable???
Really unethical & unprofessional website.
My order no. Order no. [protected]-worth rs.4725/- is pending for pick up from 10th july till date, inspite of followups through call center as well mails that i have sent-just no response.
Its a matter of rs.4725/- and you guys are not responsive???
My other order no.[protected]-rs.847.88-pick up of only 1 product dne and still the status is showing as not picked up.
Are you guys sleeping??? Its been 12 days and you are not refunding my money of rs.4725/-.
Order no.-[protected]-shows pick up still not done. This all i am checking after seeing such fradulent behaviour from jabong.
I want an urgent revert on all these issues. This is just not acceptable.
Urgent pick up my product and refund all the money-its more than rs. 5000/- that you guys are sitting upon.
