Jabong — Reverse pick up not arranged for the prepaid order | |||||
Hi, I had requested for reverse pick up of two orders as below from Jabong on 23-Nov-2015 after several attempts to raise the return request online (App & website) which was not allowed on both platforms. Order no. : [protected] Order no. : [protected] Finally i requested them on 23-Nov-2015 thru email to arrange reverse pickup of both orders. till date they have not responded and my money is lying with them. There was another Order No [protected] for which reverse pick up was done on 22-Nov-2015 and refund is not initiated as yet. They are neither responding nor acting upon my requests.
