[Resolved] Jabong — WARRANTY CARD DENIED FOR A BAG PURCHASED | |||
Hi I have made a legitimate purchase from JABONG for a laptop bag of brand SKybag on 6th july. This bag comes with a warranty of 1 year. During the sale as we receive the bag, the warranty cards were missing. We had inquired with the delivery person which confirmed us that we will receive the same in span of 30 days from the company (JABONG). Its been 9 months that we have n't received the warranty card still. Since past 3 weeks my bag is having problem so I have visited the company showroom with the invoice to help me out. As I visited the VIP showroom they have denied the warranty to the bag saying they cant entertain the complaint without a stamped warranty card which is my right to recieve if I have a made alegitimate purchase as VIP ( Skybag) issue a warranty card against every bag they sell. Since past 2weeks I have been struggling with JABONG to get my warranty card which they have been denying saying they dont issue warranty cards as a company policy. The question is where as a customer will i go today as i have been stranded in the middle without a card inspite buying through a legitimate company. I request here the department to help me out in the same where they can ask JABONG to help me with warranty card for all my bags. FOr your better understanding I have attached the invoice too.
