Hi Team, I posted comment earlier too but seems like its not considered valid. Anyways. Reg Jabong complain. I faced issues twice due to their miscommunication or weak coordination with logistic department. For 1st reverse pickup I returned 6 products and they are claiming it to be only 1. As I got a slip which has only 1 product mentioned. I provided them all recordings of conversation with Supervisiors from logistic dept which proves that its mistake from their side. Still they are not returning my money back. how cud even they let customers suffer while i have been shopping with them since last 2 years. For another reverse pickup i returned 2 products and again claiming that pickup is done for only 1 prodcut . I shared reverse pick up slip of 2 prodcuts still no action :( I am highly disappointed with their service. Issues is pending still last 1 month. Somestimes they even close complain without customer s confirmation. I request you to let me know path forward. I am unable to attach audio file in mp3 format for my 1st issue. pls find attachyed slip for other one Was this information helpful? | |||

They called me n again I explained the entire issue. I dunno how much more time do they need . its been a month now and they can't cum to the conclusion. Courier service has fired those pick up guys and dear jabong can't conclude anything and let theit customers suffers. Even dropping mail to [protected]@jabong.com was of no use. They shud call back in 24 hours but their 24 hrs n 48 hrs never cum
