[Resolved] Jabong.com — Cancel confirmed order showing fake reasons | |||
I've ordered a shirt from the leading Fashion E-commerce site Jabong.com Order No. Date. As they are giving very good deals on Diwali. I've already paid for the order. But after 3-4 days, a representative from Jabong call me up and told me that the delivery Pincode is not serviceable. (Okay, let me clear here something, I've already received many orders previously from Jabong on this particular address.) Anyways, so I asked them to change the address & provide them a different address with a different Pincode which is always on their COD available locations list. But this time too, they told that the location is not serviceable. Getting no other options, told them to cancel the order. Then after few hours, I came to know that a friend of mine also received a call from Jabong representative as they canceled his order and as the reason, told that "due to product price rise, we have to cancel your order." My friend recorded that and threaten them to go to consumer forum against it. After that they said sorry to him & confirm his order again at the same location as mine. Then it was totally clear to me what the actual reason is. I decided to check their website & saw that the ordered items prices have really gone rise to almost double. My Question is How can they cancel a already place order showing fake reasons when they themselves provide offers on festive seasons but don't allow us to use those offers. Then what's the meaning of all this Diwali Dhamaka, Sparkle Sale etc..!! Was this information helpful? | |||
