[Resolved] Jabong.com — defective dinner set with broken contents | |||
Hi, this is Anil Kumar from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. I had ordered a Truhome Ambienti 32 Pcs Melamine Dinner Set from jabong.com. The order no. was [protected]. It was delivered to me today on 08.02.2014 at about 12:30 PM. When I paid the money to the delivery boy, I asked him to let me check it first. But he insisted to pay the money first. He then left after taking the money Rs. 1138/- (1099 for dinner set and 39 for COD charges). When i opened the carton, i found that one quarter plate and one serving bowl lid were broken. I am highly disappointed and want my money back or replacement of the dinner set with a fresh, unbroken one. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
