[Resolved]  Jabong.com — Delivered product is differ

I recently bought a "VOVOKA TOPS 14526- NAVY BLUE", invoice no. 'XM/1516/05/06/297210' from your website vide Order No. [protected].

On 7th May, When the product was delivered to me it turned out to be completely different from as it appeared in the photographs my on the website. On the first hand, i was not at home and my mother has made the payment to the the courier boy who had come to deliver it but having faith in jabong.com and its customer service, she has made the full payment of Rs.570.00 to that boy and.When i was came at home i found different product I had called the customer care support within 5 minutes of checking the product explaining that I am not satisfied with the product quality and the size of the product. I have complained to customer care executive but she didn't give me satisfied answer even she told me that i have to exchange my product but can not get same.when i was agreed with exchange to product then she told me that change product will delivered to me after 7-8 days and i have to go out of delhi for one month on 10th may 15 and nobody here to received the exchange product.

My compliant is this only if you don't have same product then why you guys didn't give me prior information for this.
now she gave me very difficult way that check on all product that they are exchangable or not, i don't have much time to do this stupidity without any my fault. But, because firstly the quality of product is not upto the mark, the image put up on site is misleading and the product is unused as I had called within 5 minutes of checking the box. I have even requested several times to atleast pass the product to quality check. But, I always get the same monotonous response - "We can not help it".

My question: why a normal customer is being harassed so much? Rs.560 is a big amount for me and now my money is also gone and I don't have a shelf also that can cover up my wall for which I had paid. The product is in the same box and in the same condition in which I had received and its totally a useless product for me now and a wastage of my money. Rather than escaping from the issue and giving excuses in the name of policies, Why can't the organisation come up with a solution that can save my money. why am I forced to keep this crapy product that's of no use to me. I request you to kindly refund my money or atleast generate a coupon code of the same amount against this product.

this is my first experience with jabong.com and i don't want to be a last one. I am really very disappointed by the customer service that I have received from Jabong.com regarding this matter.

This email is my last attempt to escalate the issue and I hope that my concerns will be addressed this time. If not, then I will have to visit your office in person and lastly, I will have to seriously think twice before doing any further shopping on Jabong.com and would recommend others also to do the same.
