[Resolved]  Jabong.com — fake advertise but dont send parcel

my order : [protected] and my second order is :[protected] my self order at 1st dec.2014, and my order dispatch at 1st dec.2014 And then i contact to gojavas rajkot office at they said your parcel is in rajkot but we don't have any update for delivery. And then i register complain against those order at 4th dec. 2014.but after register a complain my self everyday talk with your customer care and they always says we close your complain within 24hrs.
