Jabong.com — Irritating SMS promotions, they do not stop even if asked to. | |||
I just wish someone can take legal action against these people. My number is registered to national DnD service but they still keep sending me irritating promotional SMSs. When I called them up to ask them to stop, they had the audacity to ask for different kinds of verification processes. They are sending messages to my number, is my call from that very number not enough? And it is not anything important at all, these messages annoy me extremely when I see them. They promised nevertheless that they would stop sending promotional messages within 72 hours. It stopped for a few days and then started again. I am just amazed at their audacity, no other company I know has annoyed me this much and I am quite an online shopper. I have vowed never to buy anything from Jabong ever again. Even people in my group do not want to buy from Jabong because they are facing similar issues. They should really handle customer data better and not be so amateurish about things. If I had more time on my hands, I would most definitely pursue this legally. Was this information helpful? | |||
