Jabong.com — My Order cancelled by the delivery team | |||
Hi Team, I placed an order of Miss Benettt HandBag with Order No.: [protected] on 10 December 2014 at 2:55am. I paid for the product via my HSBC debit card. I got a confirmation message that I will get my product on 15th December 2014. Later on I got a message that your product has been dispatched and will be dilevered to you on or before 12th December 2014 via GoJavas with tracking no 23487891. On 12 December 2014, I received a message from Jabong that the order has been cancelled and will get the delivery within 48 hours if i repond 'YES' to [protected] . I waited for 48 hours but there was no response from Jabong nor from GoJavas. I called up Jabong customer on 15 December 2014 and cleared them about the issue. I got a response from customer service executive that he is raising a complaint against the courier service and you will receive a mail regarding the complaint. My complaint was registered with REQUEST ID : 13996834 On 15 December 2014, I got a call from Jabong customer service regarding the issue which i could not receive and I called them back on that day soon and they said no worries we will contact you. Next day I Called again and they said no worries someone will call and i strictly mentioned i wanted that product. Next day The order was completely cancelled. They gave me a coupon. Only now the price of the product raised and i had to pay more. I called again and they confirmed the issue has been escalated. Evening 17/12/2014 The Lady Named KIRAN called me and assured me ORALLY that the product will be reordered and redispatched and that i will receive a call on 18/12/2014 evening regarding confirmation. Which i Never recieved. And i Myself had to call again and they answered that the product has been sold off(Note-Now at a higher price). That the only resolution now is that they will refund the money. which will again take a weeks time. All of my time, Energy and Money were wasted in talking to these guys who never provided me any kind of service. I have been continuously following up with the customer service but I am just receiving their apology mails but I seek no resolution on same. I kept my patience and waited for long time but there is no solution out for this. I have paid for the product and expected a good service but Jabong dissatisfied me. Jabong is disturbing me mentally as I have purchased the product with my hard earned money. I never faced such a bad situation with any other online shopping sites. Everyone other companies have given me the best service with the satisfactory product but with Jabong my experience is bad. I am highly regretting for my purchase from Jabong. I wanted this to be escalated to higher level management as there is no progress of resolution.
