[Resolved] Jabong.com — not delivering items properly | |||
I have brought 2 shrug from jabong and order number is [protected]. At 28th November, 2014 it's showing out of delivery at http://gojavas.com/. They where call only once at 29th November, 2014. The shipping address was my office address and I was not available there due to weekend holiday. I have clearly informed them to come Monday(1st December, 2014). I am a regular customer of jabong and after informed courior they always come on Monday if shipping date was Holiday. But After informing them they sent message that they were tried to deliver multiple times and which was not right information. After that Jabong confirm me at 1st December, 2014 that I will get my parcel within 48 hours and I still not get any information regarding my parcel. It's really disappointing. I would like to cancel my order due to wrong information convey to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
