Jabong.com — Order Misplaced/not received after 14 days. GoJavas is hoax | |||
I have asked for customer support on Jabong forum and I have emailed their team as well. I placed an order on 13th June which was dispatched 5 days later on 18th June Order No.: [protected] and was supposed to be on my door step by 22nd June. jabong team has been telling me that they are investigating and that they will reach the root of the problem... I contacted their courier partner Gojavas, they told me supposed package was untraceable. Stole my money. Jabong didn't just cheat me, they lied to me. The product I ordered is now out of stock so there is no question of replacement because they will send something else and I dont want anything else. Was this information helpful? | |||
